Teneh

A weekly study group program where high school girls meet, learn, and experience Judaism together.

Building an Inner World Together

Teneh brings together girls in 10th to 12th grade for weekly learning in small, close-knit groups. Once a week, they meet with a mentor to explore a wide range of sources and have honest conversations about life. The program focuses on the power of the chavura, fostering a personal connection to Torah while enriching each participant’s spiritual path.

Teneh mentors are carefully chosen and receive continuous training, grounded in Torah and educational values. The curriculum focuses on character development, building a world of faith, and deepening a personal relationship with Hashem.

Teneh groups meet in various locations across Israel through TorahNoar branches and several Ulpanot.
