Letters of Love
United Around One Sefer Torah
Letters of Love connects communities and schools to the living traditions of Jewish life through participation in the writing of letters in a Sefer Torah. Each person — young and old alike — adds their link to a chain that spans generations.
In addition, the program offers workshops for hands-on exploration of the art of writing Torah, tefillin, and mezuzot scrolls, creating tefillin, and workshops for bar mitzvah tutors. Sessions are warm and inclusive, bringing participants closer to one another and to their community.
From Hong Kong to Romania, from Brooklyn to Tel Aviv, from Bnei Brak to Sha’ar HaNegev and Sderot — communities and schools around the world share in the privilege of becoming part of our collective story: the Sefer Torah.
